At Trendust, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. The following policy explains how we process and deliver every order.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
No extra charges—ever. All orders across India are shipped free of cost. The price you see at checkout is final. There are no hidden fees for packaging, handling, or delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 12–48 hours of confirmation. After dispatch, orders move to delivery immediately. During high-volume periods (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you updated.
DELIVERY TIME
Typical delivery timelines: 5–7 business days for most Indian metro cities. In some rare areas, delivery may take 8–9 business days. If you are unavailable to receive your order on the delivery day, you can inform us in advance. We will schedule the delivery for the time you are available, usually within 12–24 hours.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SCHEDULING
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times at the shipping address provided.
• If you miss the first attempt: We will call you to notify that your order could not be delivered. You can schedule the delivery for a time convenient for you.
• If you miss the second attempt: The order will return to us. For prepaid orders, a ₹100 deduction will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For COD orders, the 10% advance is non-refundable.
This ensures your order is delivered only when you are available, minimizing inconvenience.
ORDER TRACKING & UPDATES
You will receive a WhatsApp message and email confirming your order. We also send WhatsApp notifications at each stage: when your order is dispatched, when it is out for delivery, and after successful delivery. A tracking link will be provided to follow the shipment in real time.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship only within India. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
