🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Trendust


📅 Return/Exchange Window

• You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.


🚫 For COD Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or refund.

• However, exchanges are allowed for COD orders (only if size or product is available).

• Exchange pickup will be arranged by us, and new product will be shipped after we receive the original.


Return/Exchange Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.

• Items must be in sellable condition.

• No return/exchange for used, washed, or damaged items.

Share your Order ID, reason, and product images.

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

3. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your address within 2–3 working days.

4. For exchanges, the new product will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

5. Exchange will be delivered in 5-7 business days .


💰 Refund Process (Prepaid Orders Only)

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product,
your refund will be credited within 2–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• COD orders are not eligible for refunds, only exchange.


Return/Exchange Not Accepted If:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged

• Tags or original packaging are missing

• Request is made after 3 days

• It’s a COD return request (COD allowed for exchange only)
