RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Trendust we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
• Requests for a return or exchange must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
• After 3 days, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
• COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
• Exchanges are allowed for COD orders if the required size or product is available.
• We will arrange the pickup of the original item and ship the replacement once the returned product passes inspection.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE 
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items must be in sellable condition.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, damaged, or if tags or original packaging are missing.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN & EXCHANGE 

1. Contact us via email at support@trendust.fashion or WhatsApp at +91-9315962894. Provide your Order ID, reason for return or exchange, and clear product images.

2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

3. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your address within 2–3 working days.

4. For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.

5. Exchange deliveries typically take 5–7 business days.

REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS
• Refunds are applicable only to prepaid orders.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

WHEN RETURN & EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED 
• The product is used, washed, or damaged.
• Tags or original packaging are missing.
• The request is raised after 3 days of delivery.
• A refund is requested for a COD order.
